- Processing time
The time I need to pack your order is around 3 business days. I usually ship orders once a week.
- When will I receive my order?
The time it takes for the order to get to you, depends on the post offices (mine and your local post office), weather and mail volume.
But from experience, these are the estimated shipping times:
England : 2 - 4 business days
United States: up to up to 14 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 10 - 14 business days
Asia: 2 - 4 weeks
I always track orders, internationally, UK, signed for. I always suggest “tracked shipping”

- Returns & Exchanges
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.
- Carrier
I ship all of your orders using Royal Mail.
- Are you available for commissions?
Currently I am not accepting personal commissions - All are announcements are covered on my Instagram's.
- What mediums do you use?
I primarily work in graphite. My older work available is mixed media.
